Crisis Clinician:Â Be the calm when the storm hits.Â
Shifts Available: 3 12 Hour Shift (7am-7pm), Thursday-Saturday or Sunday-Tuesday

As a Crisis Clinician, you¡¦ll be on the front lines providing compassionate, culturally competent, and trauma-informed support to individuals experiencing emotional or mental health crises. You¡¦ll bring calm, clarity, and care¡Xhelping people stabilize, connect with resources, and move toward recovery.
What You¡¦ll Do:
Respond to crisis line calls and coordinate rapid responses.
Lead on-site interventions with support staff (Mobile Crisis Aides, Peer Support Specialists).
Conduct crisis/risk assessments and develop immediate safety plans.
Provide brief, intensive counseling for individuals and families until ongoing services are in place.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, hospitals, and community providers to ensure seamless care.
Promote resilience through coping skills, crisis de-escalation, and natural support building.

Required Education/Certification/Licensure
Crisis Clinician I: Master¡¦s degree. Limited Licensed Masters Social Worker (LLMSW), Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC), Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP).
Crisis Clinician II: Master¡¦s degree. Fully Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Fully Licensed Psychologist (LP).
Crisis Clinician III: Master¡¦s degree. Fully Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Fully Licensed Psychologist (LP) and is Certified in Crisis Intervention.
Must possess a valid U.S. motor vehicle operator¡¦s license, and successfully complete motor vehicle record check.
